You are not entitled to cancel this contract once you have agreed and confirmed the quotation. Should you wish to terminate the contract, please do so in writing or by phone to A2B.
In the event of a termination of contract, A2B reserves the right to recover all reasonable costs incurred up to the point of termination.
Should A2B have cause to terminate the contract, the customer will be entitled to redress for any out of pocket expenses incurred.
A2B reserves the right to charge a deposit depending on the nature of the goods to be carried and the distance involved.
Valid for 90 days, Must be confirmed in writing or phone call, Any variations must be confirmed in writing before being actioned.
Any variations are chargeable and not included in the original quote.
All goods must be presented in a manner ready for collection, i.e boxed, dissembled, etc. Furniture should be stable and free from other goods and clean.
Fragile goods must be adequately packaged and acceptable for collection.
A2B reserves the right not to move goods which are deemed to be inadequately packaged or presented as required above.
If in doubt, consult A2B for packing advice. This does not apply where your quote includes packaging of goods.
All monies, jewellery or valuable personal effects must be transported by the customer themselves A2B "will not be" held responsible.
Any claims for damages or losses should be communicated to A2B as soon as is reasonably possible.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a Consumer.

A2Bmoves.co.uk Removals was founded in 1999 by Steve Culver and Caroline Frankson.
It all started with offering a man and van service part time as Steve was working nights driving articulated lorries after a few months we decided to do this full time.
Steve has been around transport all his life driving vans and lorries and when not driving them was loading them up by hand or by fork lift trucks. After a few weeks we bought a larger truck and started to do removals.
With his wealth of experience he worked out the best way to load the vehicle and trained the porters, and we still load each house-move the same way. After a few months some one asked if I could dispose of some rubbish on a regular basis which we done and that led on to doing house clearance.. Now we do house clearance for a large number of solicitors and estate agents and some very large companies and local councils.
Caroline deals with house clearance and is experienced in dealing with people after a bereavement. She also buys and sells furniture and enjoys restoring some of the items. Caroline & Steve always work very hard and makes sure every thing we do is to the highest standard. Steve and I are passionate about the environment and have an aversion to "Fly Tippers". Between us we are a very good team both experienced in all aspects of our business very helpful and conscientious.
